On the western outskirts of the village, on Naberezhnaya Street, the buildings of the estate of Voronezh provincial engineer V.V. Savostyanov have been preserved. Here you can see a dendrological park, residential and utility buildings, as well as a water mill. A suspension bridge over the Veduga River leads to the village of Bekhteevka.

The mill is located to the right of the bridge. In the 1950s, it was reconstructed and turned into a hydroelectric power station. Once, a fire occurred in the building, and during the restoration, it was rebuilt. After the power station was closed, a shop was located in the mill for a long time, but now the building is vacant.

Even the remnants of the Savostyanov estate give an idea of a strong economy from the late 19th to early 20th century. Here you can see the mill, warehouses, storage ponds hidden in the thickets, and an ancient park with coniferous trees. The river roars by the ruined dam, reminding of the origin of the village's name, which is associated with the ringing springs that burst from the slopes along the banks of the Veduga.
