The abandoned Arnoldi estate in the Belovsky district at the Kucherovo hamlet is an architectural monument from the late 19th century. The estate includes the main house, the former agricultural school building, a mill, and a park.

Konstantin Arnoldi, born in 1842 into the family of a lieutenant general who participated in the Battle of Borodino, was expelled from the Page Corps for promoting the "Marseillaise". This event prompted him to enroll in the Moscow Agricultural Academy. After graduating, Arnoldi contemplated establishing his own agricultural school for the children of nobles and officials and soon began to implement this idea.

On March 20, 1884, at the "Kucherovo hamlet" estate, Arnoldi founded a lower agricultural school of the 1st category named after Prince A.I. Vasilchikov, now known as the Kucherovo Agricultural Technical School, with his own funds and government support, and became its trustee. Konstantin Pavlovich invested much effort and resources into developing the educational base and forming the teaching staff. Education at the school was free. Together with the first director, invited from St. Petersburg, the well-known theorist of agricultural education P.M. Dubrovsky, Arnoldi achieved a high level of education, and in government circles, the school was referred to as the "peasant university." In 1892, he opened cultural and technical courses at the school, which trained young people as junior technicians for work in agricultural engineering, road and construction affairs, as well as hydrotechnics.

Konstantin Arnoldi died and was buried at the Kucherovo hamlet. In the 2007-2008 academic year, the Kucherovo Agricultural Technical School offered free education in the fields of economics and accounting, agronomy, animal husbandry, and agricultural mechanization. Students lived in a dormitory. According to some reports, the building that housed the technical school is now vacant.
