On the corner of Yauzsky Boulevard and Yauzskaya Street stands the Goncharov and Filippov estate, which is a vivid example of pre-fire Moscow. The building, as it appears today, was constructed in 1791 by architect Ivan Yegotov. It has caught fire multiple times, been rebuilt, and changed owners, but its appearance has remained unchanged, which is quite rare.

Among the notable residents of the estate was General Field Marshal Ivan Gudovich, who became famous for capturing the impregnable Turkish fortress of Anapa and for the capture of Sheikh Mansur, the leader of the Caucasian War.

After the revolution, the building housed residential apartments, a shop, a post office, and other institutions. Today, it has been restored, and all the premises are available for rent.
