The city estate, owned by the Pereslavl merchants and manufacturers Borisov, was built in the late 19th century in the Neo-Renaissance style. In addition to the main building, there were outbuildings on the territory. During the Soviet period, the estate was used by law enforcement agencies. The outbuildings were reconstructed, and new buildings were also erected.
