Between the main guardhouse and the treasury chamber was the district treasury, built in 1843. It served for the storage and issuance of copper coins, state notes, as well as for the sale of stamped paper. The five-window facade of the building was later expanded, nearly doubling its volume.

During the Soviet period, this building housed the restaurant "Neva."
