The Holy Trinity Novo-Golutvin Convent is a women's monastery of the Moscow Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, located in Kolomna. It was founded in the 19th century on the site of the former archbishop's house after the abolition of the Kolomna Diocese in 1799, within the Kolomna Kremlin. The monastery inherited several 17th-century buildings from the archbishop's house, the Trinity Cathedral built in 1705, and extensive white-stone chambers known as the Archiepiscopal Corps. The monastery is overseen by Metropolitan Juvenaly Poyarkov.

Since 1989, the abbess of the monastery has been Abbess Ksenia. The territory of the monastery has preserved the Trinity and Protection Churches, a bell tower, and stone chambers. In the lower floor of the Trinity Church, a chapel has been created in honor of Saint Blessed Ksenia of Petersburg. In 2002, a chapel with a spring was built in honor of Saints Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir and Anastasia the Healer.

The monastery is home to more than 80 nuns and female monks from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Belarus. Previously, nuns from the Netherlands, Finland, Hungary, and Poland worked here, who now serve in other places, including their home countries.

The monastery operates the Orthodox Medical Center named after Saint Blessed Ksenia of Petersburg, where nuns who are professional doctors provide consultations. There is also a small hotel for pilgrims and a refectory. Tours of the monastery are conducted by the sisters themselves.

On the monastery grounds, in the "Convent" nursery created by the nuns, rare breeds of Mongolian-Buryat dogs and Central Asian shepherd dogs are kept and bred. A unique feature of the monastery is a camel named Sinai, gifted by cosmonauts. At the monastery's farmstead, located 17 km from Kolomna, the sisters breed purebred Vyatka horses brought from Udmurtia. There is an animal lovers' club at the monastery, and on Christmas, the sisters organize horseback and camel rides for children.

The monastery has embroidery, icon painting, ceramics, and carpentry workshops where the residents work. They have created the iconostasis of the lower church in honor of Blessed Ksenia, as well as wood carvings and mosaics from smalt in the chapel. They have also ventured into publishing.

The sisters sing in the church choir, which has performed at concerts and services in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and other churches in Moscow and other cities, and also participated in the Saxon-Bohemian festival in Germany in 2000.

The monastery manages a children's orphanage for boys located in the village of Maloe Karasevo, 16 km from Kolomna. The sisters study at pedagogical institutes, the Timiryazev Academy, and other universities.

The monastery has been visited multiple times by Patriarch Alexy II.
