Kronstadt, as one of the maritime capitals of Russia, became the site for the installation of the stela 'Triumph of the Russian Navy', which was quite expected. This monument is dedicated to the first parade of the Baltic Fleet, which took place on August 11, 1723, when Peter the Great's boat met the fleet's ships. The stela, 8 meters tall, was ceremoniously opened on July 27, 2018, in the presence of the city's residents.

The memorial sign is made of bronze and represents a mosaic reproduction of the eponymous painting by the People's Artist of Russia Vasily Nesterenko, created by hand. The monument was gifted to the city as a charitable donation and installed at Anchor Square. According to the creators, it symbolizes the revival of the tradition of holding the main Naval Parade at the Kronstadt raid, as it depicts the first parade of the Baltic Fleet in 1723, which was held in honor of the second anniversary of the end of the Great Northern War.
