Presnya Station is located in the Northwestern Administrative District of Moscow, in the eponymous area, in an industrial zone between the Main Streets and Silicate Passages. It is one of four stations with a military food supply point.

To date, the complex of Presnya Station has been almost completely preserved. This is a unique ensemble of railway construction, located on two territories on either side of the railway track. The buildings are divided into those that ensure the operation of the station and military structures serving the food supply point.

The architectural complex of the station includes a passenger building reminiscent of the constructions of Western European railways and designed in the Art Nouveau style. It stands out with a large window on the three-part facade, divided by carved columns with patterned decor and a bay window with a semicircular finish. The original plaster inscription "Presnya," wooden beams, and a chimney have been preserved on the northern facade.

The station also retains two signal and switch control booths, two-story buildings with balconies and arched windows for observing train movements. The duty officer, receiving commands from the station master, switched the tracks and signals using a system of steel cables.

In addition to the station building, there is a landing stage with a canopy, a warehouse, and a residential house. This building is unique, as there are no similar constructions on the Ring Railway.

In the station master's office, there is the only surviving example of wall clocks by "P.Bure," which were installed in all stations of the Ring Railway in 1908.

On the opposite side of the station was a military food supply point designed for 2400 people. It includes warehouses, kitchens, dining halls, a bakery, a commandant's house, barracks, and a toilet with wooden braces and beams.

The commandant's house at the food supply point features a triple window with an arched frame and the inscription "Commandant's House." The house retains forged brackets, original door and window fillings, skylights, and a heating device. It served as both a workplace and a residence.

The buildings of the food warehouse are closely located to each other and are completed to the east by the bakery. The station also has two kitchens with wooden carved consoles and beams.

Presnya is the station with the highest volume of freight work on the Moscow Ring Railway. It has special platforms for unloading and loading military equipment participating in the May 9 parades. This equipment is based at Khodynka Field, for which Presnya is the nearest station.
