Built in 1785 at the initiative of Major Karpov, the church with three altars is located in the center of the monastery grounds. The main altar, dedicated to the Life-Giving Trinity, occupied the two-light cold part of the building. The warm church with chapels in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker was situated in the wide single-story part.

The Trinity Church was constructed from brick on a rubble foundation, with whitewashed walls and wooden painted floors. Initially, the roofs were wooden, made of planks and shingles, but in 1863 they were covered with roofing iron and painted green with verdigris. The interior of the Trinity Chapel featured modest paintings: in the 1830s, the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles was depicted in glue paints on the altar vault, and the Resurrection of Christ was shown in the heavenly place. A five-tiered carved and gilded iconostasis adorned the church, with a large crucifix at the top. After the renovation in 1887, the vault was painted sky blue and decorated with stars.

In the warm church, during the renovation of 1891, the floors and frames were updated, the walls and floor were covered with oil paints, the windows and cornices were decorated with borders, and the vault was painted light blue. The chapels contained two small iconostases with carved royal gates. Heating was provided by two stoves located in niches of the inner wall on either side of the entrance. Today, the paintings and interior furnishings have not survived, and the rooms have been adapted for wards. The exterior of the building has also changed: the upper tiers of the bell tower and the dome of the two-story part have been removed, the altar part has been demolished, and the entrance portico has been transformed into a covered vestibule. The window openings in the single-story part have been enlarged by removing the framing.

Despite the losses, the remaining parts of the church remain a valuable monument of 18th-century architecture.
