The four-pillar, five-domed, three-apsidal church with a surrounding gallery, resembling monuments of 17th-century Nizhny Novgorod architecture, was built between 1664 and 1670 with the support of Abbot Nafanail. It has been preserved without significant changes and was restored in the 1970s.
