In the summer of 2013, a new sculpture titled 'Fisherman' appeared on the embankment of Rostov-on-Don. This monument was created and installed as part of the city's program to improve the embankment and other areas of the city. The authors of the project are sculptor Isakov and architect Dvornikov. The sculpture is made of bronze and depicts a fisherman pulling a fishing rod out of the water. This scene is characteristic of the Rostov embankment not only as a sculpture but also in real life, as local residents love to fish here, making it sometimes difficult for tourists to find a spot for photos.
