The residential building of A.A. Yukelis, constructed in 1913 according to the design of architect F.I. Meierovich, is built in the Moorish style and is recognized as a monument of architecture and history. From 1918 to 1919, this building housed the headquarters of the Volunteer Army, in the 1920s it was home to the commander of the Novorossiysk garrison, and from the 1940s to the 1970s, it accommodated the city committee of the Communist Party and the city executive committee. Currently, the building houses the Novorossiysk Polytechnic Institute, a branch of KubGTU. Address: K. Marx St., 20.
