On November 10, 2010, a Orthodox kiosk was opened at the 305th kilometer of the R-125 highway "Nizhny Novgorod, Kasimov". The decision to install it was made in the spring of the same year. The stele, designed in the form of a chapel with images of Seraphim of Sarov and Nicholas the Wonderworker, was installed on the highway near the cable-stayed bridge over the Oka, which in 2009 connected the Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir regions.
