The N.A. Nekrasov Agricultural School was founded in 1892 by the poet's sister, A.A. Butkevich. The building is located next to the N.A. Nekrasov House-Museum on the territory of the "Chudovskaya Luka" estate. During the Great Patriotic War, it served as a barracks. Currently, the building features a literary exhibition "Nekrasov and the Novgorod Region," a restored 19th-century classroom, and an exhibition hall.
