The Nikolo-Tikhvinsky Monastery was a women's Orthodox monastery that existed at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries near the village of Pyatnitskoye in the Voronezh province, now part of the Belgorod region.

In 1889, a women's Nikolo-Tikhvinsky community was founded near the village of Pyatnitskoye. Its founder was Vasily Nikolaevich Shabelsky, who received a blessing for this from Saint Ambrose of Optina. In 1899, the community was transformed into the women's Nikolo-Tikhvinsky Monastery.

After the revolution, the monastery was abolished and looted.

In July 2017, with the blessing of Bishop Savva of Valuy and Alexeyevsky, work began on the restoration of the territory of the former Nikolo-Tikhvinsky Women's Monastery in Pyatnitskoye.

In July 2017, the administration of the Volokonovsky district transferred ownership of two buildings of the former women's monastery in the village of Pyatnitskoye to the Valuy Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, including the abbot's building and the monastery school located behind the gates of the monastery.

On December 6, 2017, a religious organization was officially registered here: "The Archpriest's Courtyard of the former Nikolo-Tikhvinsky Women's Monastery of Pyatnitskoye, Volokonovsky District, Belgorod Region, Valuy Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate)."
