The Pokrovsky Men's Monastery is located in the village of Dedovo in the Fyodorovsky District of Bashkortostan and belongs to the Orthodox tradition. It was founded in the late 19th century and initially operated as a women's monastery. After its restoration in 2000, it became a men's monastery.

In February 1898, the community was transformed into a women's monastery, which was solemnly opened by Bishop Justin Polyansky on September 2-3. In the early 1900s, the construction of a large brick Pokrovsky Cathedral began. One local resident claims that construction started in 1904. The monastery developed thanks to the efforts of the Ennat landowners, whose graves are located near the cathedral altar. The monastery was named "Ennat." The construction of the cathedral was completed in the early 1910s, and in 1914, E.L. Ennat and I.P. Orlov donated bells to the church. In 1912, 1915, and 1917, the abbess was Mother Antonina.

The cathedral is characterized by massive forms that create a sense of stability and hidden energy. The facades are decorated in the Russian style with Byzantine elements. The altar has a complex three-part structure. Initially, the walls of the cathedral were plastered. The Pokrovsky Cathedral became the second of 17 monastery cathedrals of the Ufa Diocese to survive the Soviet era.

At the end of 1917, the monastery's settlement was looted. In the early 1920s, the monastery was closed, property was confiscated, and the monastery was transformed into a "labor commune." However, the church continued to operate until 1924. Later, the buildings were used as a warehouse, colony, school, and during the war, as an orphanage. In the 1940s, two small monastery churches were destroyed. The wooden buildings were dismantled and transported to other settlements. From 1971 to 1976, a pioneer camp "Ashkadar" was built on the monastery's territory.

Among the ruins, a tombstone for Dmitry Vasilyevich and Sofia Vladimirovna Ennat was found, which is now installed near the southern wall.

At the initiative of Bishop Nikon, on July 19, 2000, the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church blessed the opening of the Pokrovsky Men's Monastery at the site of the former women's monastery to revive monastic life. In 2002, the churches in Meleuz and Fyodorovka received the status of dependencies of the Pokrovsky Monastery. Currently, construction work is underway: a temple of the Iveron Mother of God, a temple of Princess Olga, the Nikol-Bondarev Skete, a baptismal church of Prince Vladimir, and a refectory church of Archangel Michael are being built. The cathedral was repainted by artist Vladimir Nikanorov and his daughter. To the northeast of the monastery, a spring has been preserved on the banks of the Ashkadar River.
