The All-Merciful Monastery has a farmstead with 25 hectares of arable land in the Dinsky District, north of the Plastunovskaya stanitsa, on the banks of the Stavok River. This place was previously occupied by a collective farm, from which a large fruit orchard remains. In August 2007, a church was consecrated on the farmstead in honor of St. Savva the Sanctified. Following the designs of Vyacheslav Izhikov, the construction of a stone church in honor of the Most Holy Theotokos, dedicated to the miraculous Annunciation, began at the end of April 2012, as well as a chapel in the name of St. Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, and a bell tower chapel in honor of St. George the Victorious, which is planned to be 42 meters tall.

In 2007, during construction work on the monastery grounds, a spring dedicated to the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God was discovered, the feast day of which coincided with its opening. The farmstead also features a wooden bell tower with seven bells, a monastery shop, the abbot's quarters, a residential building with a refectory and library. In 2012, a cherry and sweet cherry orchard was planted near the monastery, and in April 2013, the first 20 beehives appeared on the farmstead.
