Vladimir Sergeyevich Peruninsky was born in Chelyabinsk in 1957. From 1974 to 1976, he studied at the Moscow Secondary Art School at the V.I. Surikov Institute. In 1989, he graduated from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov, specializing in easel painting in the workshop of D.K. Mochalsky. Peruninsky is a member of the All-Russian and Moscow Union of Artists and actively participates in Moscow, zonal, republican, and all-Union art exhibitions. His works are in private collections in Russia, Europe, and America. The artist lives and works in Moscow.

Vladimir Peruninsky's paintings stand out for their classical clarity and expressiveness, harmony of color and details.
