In the center of the sculptural composition is a globe, set on a pedestal with arrows. The author of the sculpture carefully considered elements symbolizing various types of communication: the arrows represent electronic communication, a dove with an envelope in its beak symbolizes postal communication, and satellite communication is represented by an orbit surrounding the Earth. The height of the sculpture reaches approximately 6 meters. At the base are plaques with the names of the project's patrons and the names of communication operators. Wi-Fi is available near the sculpture, and a camera connected to the 'Safe City' system is installed.
