The monument and memorial plaque dedicated to the Russian Liberation Army were unveiled on April 30, 2020, in Rzepory, west of Prague, in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Prague Uprising and the liberation of Czechoslovakia from German occupation.

The memorial complex includes a stainless steel plaque installed in the northern part of Rzepory Square and a three-meter metal mast with a small sculpture of a Soviet tank covered with a German military helmet. The memorial plaque states that in May 1945, the command of the 1st division of the ROA, led by Major General Sergey Bunyachenko, decided to support the Prague residents who were rising against the German occupation, and that 300 ROA soldiers died in the battles for the liberation of Prague. The ambiguous historical assessment of the role of the ROA is also noted. The plaque features a quote from Alexander Solzhenitsyn's book "The Gulag Archipelago": "Did all the Czechs understand later which Russians saved their city?"
