In Tula, on Sovetskaya Street, in front of the management building of the Tula Arms Plant, a monument to Peter the Great has been erected. The plant was founded with the participation of the first Russian emperor. The monument was unveiled in 1912 in honor of the plant's 200th anniversary. Its author is the sculptor R. R. Bakh. Initially, the monument was located on the plant's territory, but in 1962 it was moved to the square in front of the management building, making it accessible to everyone.
