The monument to Alexei Sergeyevich Yermolov is located in the Khosta district of Sochi, in a park created by Yermolov himself. After the 1917 revolution, the park was renamed from Yermolov Park to M. V. Frunze Park.

The family of Sochi sculptors Tikhomirovs initiated, created, and donated the monument to the city. The monument consists of a granite pedestal on which a marble bas-relief of A. S. Yermolov is installed. Two inscriptions are engraved on the pedestal: "Minister of Agriculture Alexei Sergeyevich Yermolov, founder of the Sochi resort" and "Russia needs its own resort that would not yield to European ones, and perhaps would become a model for them, a model in culture, kindness, and warmth. And such a resort can be created on the Caucasian Black Sea coast. 1908."

The monument was unveiled on November 23, 2012, in honor of the city's day.
