Next to the Maritime Club in Vladivostok stands a monument to the crew of the schooner 'Kreiserok', erected in 1897 in honor of the bravery of Russian sailors. It replicates the features of the monument to the clipper 'Oprichnik' in Kronstadt, symbolizing the unity of sailors from the Baltic and the Pacific.

The monument was built with funds raised by sailors and officers. It consists of a stone pyramid wrapped in an anchor chain and topped with a ship's anchor. The military port provided six cast-iron cannons, an admiralty anchor, and made a cast-iron St. Andrew's flag.

Over time, the monument fell into disrepair, and part of its pedestal was used to create a monument to V.I. Lenin.

In 1982, the 'Kreiserok' monument was restored to its original form.
