The bust of Alexander II the Liberator, a monument to the Russian Emperor Alexander II, is located in the historical center of Sochi on Kurortny Avenue, near the Tsvetnoy Square and the monument to Archangel Michael.

The initiative to create this monument was implemented as part of the "Alley of Russian Glory" project.

The monument was presented by Mikhail Serdyukov, the head of the "Alley of Russian Glory" project. The goal of the project is to revive the patriotic spirit of the Russian people and to honor the memory of great ancestors and compatriots. As part of this project, 82 monuments and busts have been installed in various parts of Russia.

The monument is a gift to the city of Sochi from the All-Russian State University of Justice.

It features a granite pedestal weighing 4 tons and standing 3 meters tall, on which the bust of Alexander II in military uniform is mounted. The monument is inscribed in gold letters: "ALEXANDER II THE LIBERATOR (1818-1881). The Emperor of All Russia carried out the Great Reforms, including the abolition of serfdom (1861), completed the long-standing Caucasian War (1817-1864), and began the economic development of the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus."

The monument was unveiled on November 21, 2015, on the city's anniversary. Nearby is the monument to Archangel Michael and the Stone Anchor.
