Monument to Architect Nikolai Krasnov in Yalta

On August 7, 2015, in Yalta, a monument was unveiled in honor of the City Day, dedicated to the famous Russian architect Nikolai Petrovich Krasnov. By order of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II, he designed the famous Livadia Palace. The monument, dedicated to the chief architect of Yalta, is located at the intersection of Lenin Embankment and Ekaterininskaya Street. The sculpture depicts the architect in full height, made of bronze, holding a folder in his hand. It is set on a granite pedestal 2.5 meters high, and the author of the work is sculptor Sergey Nikitin.
