The monument to A. S. Pushkin in Banja Luka is a small monument dedicated to the great Russian poet, located in the city center, in a park next to the National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska. Its grand opening took place in 2008 in the presence of the mayor of Banja Luka, Dragoljub Davidovic, who noted that Pushkin is the "cornerstone of universal social foundations." The author of the monument is the Russian sculptor Grigory Pototsky.

"For 250 years, Pushkin has remained the greatest expresser of Russian poetry, the Russian soul, and pan-Slavic openness," said Riseovich. He emphasized that Pushkin symbolizes the Slavic historical and cultural connection, as evidenced by his immortal verses. Grigory Pototsky gifted the monument to the city and also donated a collection of paintings titled "Woman as She Is."

The monument to A. S. Pushkin in Banja Luka features an original bust of the poet, set on a narrow rectangular pedestal, which has only one inscription in Russian, "Pushkin." The monument is equipped with lighting.
