The Trunov Mansion in Rostov-on-Don is one of the architectural landmarks of the city, built in pre-revolutionary times. The plot originally belonged to the wine merchant Yeremey Aivazov, who sold it in 1888 to the petty bourgeois Georgy Trunov. Around this time, the mansion was constructed. On the property, there may have been a two-story tin workshop that served as one of Georgy Trunov's sources of income. In 1907, the estate passed to his brother, Ivan Vasilyevich Trunov, who a few years later mortgaged it to the Rostov City Public Bank to obtain a loan of 2,500 rubles. Interestingly, during this time the address of the plot changed, and now the building has a third address, Temernitskaya, house 13.

In early summer 1914, the Trunov Mansion was purchased by Yevdokiya Rudukhina for 5,000 rubles. She was the wife of a Cossack from the Aksai stanitsa of the Cherkassky district of the Don region. The area of the building was 32.25 fathoms. In the 1920s, the building was confiscated, and Yevdokiya Rudukhina was forced to move to Moskovskaya Street, where she rented accommodation. Despite numerous requests for the return of her property, she was denied. Today, the building is recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance, and it houses law offices.
