This bright building, surrounded by a wrought-iron fence, was built in 1914, shortly before the revolution. Today it houses a bank, but previously it was the mansion of S.Z. Podmarev, a prosperous peasant from the village of Kashpir. The owner did not live in this house but rented it out to a public assembly club. The decorative design of such buildings at that time reached incredible sophistication, reflecting the owners' desire to showcase their taste. Special attention is drawn to the lace-like wrought-iron fence and the whimsical relief images on the cornice frieze, depicting plants and a fantastic creature. The main entrance is adorned with a protruding portico. Judging by the beauty of this building, it was always a place where guests were welcomed with great elegance.
