The mansion of Ekaterina Novokreshenova, built in 1907 according to the design of Samara architect Mikhail Fomich Kvyatkovsky, is executed in the Art Nouveau style. The facade of the building showcases key features of this style: asymmetry, a magnificent bay window seemingly hovering above the main entrance, smooth and varied lines, as well as rich stucco decorations in the form of symmetrically arranged plant motifs.
In 1999, part of the house, which housed public organizations, was restored according to the project of architect V.M. Sysoev from the company 'Data'. During the restoration, lost elements of the stucco decor of the main facade were restored, decorative metal elements of artistic forging, wooden door blocks of the main entrance were reinforced, the structures of the bay window and balcony were strengthened, and the drainage system from the roof was restored. The interior spaces were renovated and adapted for modern use.
