St. Nicholas Church, also known as the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, is part of the Surazh Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church and is located in Oxford. It serves as the center of the St. Nicholas parish of the city.

Originally, it was an Anglican church built in 1913 for the new area of Oxford, New Marston. Like the main church of the village of Marston, it was dedicated to St. Nicholas. The church served as the center of the New Marston community until 1965, when the Church of St. Michael and All Angels was built nearby. After that, St. Nicholas Church became unnecessary and was closed, with its buildings sold.

The first Orthodox parish was founded in 1941 by Charles Gibbs, who opened a chapel in honor of St. Nicholas. In 2006, due to a conflict involving former religious figure Alfred (Vasily) Osborn, the Annunciation Orthodox parish in Oxford joined the Patriarchate of Constantinople. The remaining parishioners and clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) established the St. Nicholas parish in the same year.
