In the 2000s, a wooden chapel was built in the cemetery of the village of Nemerichi.

The old parish was formed in 1899 from the villages of Nemerichi and Kolpy, counting 1663 parishioners. A stone single-altar church, dedicated to the Kazan Mother of God, was built in 1891 by landowner Agrippina Alexeyevna Shevtsova and functioned as a house church until 1899.
