Kulagino is a village located in the Semyonovsky urban district, previously known as the Semyonovsky region. Between the villages of Kulagino and Sharino lies a historical monument, the hermitage of Father Serapion, which includes a chapel with his tomb and a cemetery. This site dates back to the 18th century and is under state protection according to document No. 219.
