A canopy over the revered spring in Chersevo, Gus-Khrustalny District, Vladimir Region
In the village of Chersevo, across the Chersevka River, there is a holy spring where several springs emerge from the ground. Initially, there were probably seven, which is why this place is sometimes called "Seven Life-Giving Springs." Over time, only five springs remained, and it is now often referred to as the holy spring "Five Springs." 20 meters downstream, there is an open concrete baptismal font where the water temperature remains at +4 degrees year-round. The site is well-maintained, with a wooden chapel built and many icons present.
