The cemetery features an unknown chapel built in the second half of the 19th century. This small building is made of unplastered brick and is designed in the Russian style.

The chapel has an octagonal shape, although the roof has not survived, and it is topped with a small decorative cupola. The corners of the building are adorned with rusticated pilasters. The walls are finished with horizontal rectangular niches and a three-tiered cornice with teeth. Arched window openings are framed with decorative brick surrounds. The entrance is highlighted by a rounded top with an archivolt and a round window in a double frame above it, as well as a rounded pediment over the cornice with a round window in the tympanum. Inside the chapel, there is an octagonal vaulted ceiling.
