Originally, the building acquired from M. M. Kiseleva for the spiritual department was planned to be used as an apartment for the rector of the Penza Spiritual Seminary. However, when the rector was allowed to occupy the corner wooden house on this estate, it was decided to convert the stone wing into a model primary school.
This school at the Penza Spiritual Seminary opened in 1886 and served to provide seminarians with practical teaching skills.
Unfortunately, the building has not survived to this day.
