The Private Museum of Jewelry Art, the only one of its kind, is located in a historic building from the late 18th century, highlighting its architectural features. The museum's exhibition is dedicated to the evolution of the Kostroma jewelry industry from its inception to the present day.

The museum is divided into four thematic zones. The first, "Merchant's Shop," recreates the interiors and assortment of shops from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The second, "Craftsman's Workshop," showcases the hand tools and devices of artisan jewelers. The third section is dedicated to 20th-century jewelry art and includes works by both famous and lesser-known Kostroma masters, such as Chulkov, Shedov, Medvedev, Khaleeva, Mar'in, Bezrukov, Prilutsky, as well as samples of mass-produced items made from scani and cloisonné. The fourth zone, "Hall of Contemporary Jewelry Art." The museum also offers an extensive collection of photographs and copies of documents from various historical periods.

The museum will be of interest to both lovers of Russian history and connoisseurs of unique jewelry pieces. It is open to individual visitors and organized tourist groups of all ages.
