The ancient estate 'Lyublino' captivates with its beauty and is a remarkable example of architecture and landscape art from the early 19th century. This small villa in Palladian style is surrounded by the picturesque Lyublino Park with an artificial pond.

The most famous owner of the estate was Nikolai Alexeyevich Durasov. It was under him that the estate acquired the features that have been preserved to this day. The architecture of the palace, built at his request, still impresses with its sophistication. There is a legend that the shape of the building in the form of a cross was chosen not by chance; Durasov, known for his originality and eccentricity, thus immortalized one of his awards, the cross of the Order of St. Anna of the 1st class.

In addition to the majestic palace, its location is also impressive: it rises above the artificial pond, surrounded by a picturesque park.

Throughout the history of the estate, it has included various buildings such as the manager's house, a boarding house for noble children, a theater, and a stable. A special place was occupied by a large greenhouse, where exotic trees and decorative plants were grown.

After the death of the childless Durasov, the estate passed to his sister, and then to her daughter, who later sold Lyublino. At one point, summer houses were located on the shore of the pond, which were rented out. One of them was home to Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky for some time, where he worked on his writings.

Most of the buildings of Durasov's estate in Lyublino have been preserved, and thanks to restoration, it has been possible to restore the original appearance of the palace and recreate its interiors. Today, the estate includes the N. A. Durasov Palace and a theater school, which are open for tours and celebrations.
