The museum-estate includes a wooden house, a barn, and a barn-warehouse, which is a monument of regional significance. This is an example of the wooden architecture characteristic of the local old Russian settlers.

The main exhibition is located in the house of a rural merchant and consists of three permanent displays: "Peasant Hut," "Merchant Shop," and "Merchant Living Room." The barn contains two more halls dedicated to hunting and fishing, as well as to the horse-drawn carriage trade.

The barn-warehouse is not used for exhibitions, but the building itself is an architectural monument and an important exhibit.

The exhibition features antique items from the 18th and 19th centuries, many of which are quite rare.
