The "Toptygin House" Museum, founded in 2008, is dedicated to the brown bear, a native inhabitant of the Poshekhon forests. The exhibition features a bear den, hunting hides, and stuffed animals.
In the museum, you can see various items related to bears: books, toys, and souvenirs. A special attraction is the collection of teddy bears, which symbolize the childhood of the residents of the Poshekhon district. The museum is particularly interesting for children, as it hosts interactive programs, workshops, and craft competitions.
Visitors can also try a spoonful of fragrant honey, enjoy raspberry jam, and experience the scent of dried mushrooms from local forests.
