The museum features toys from the pre-revolutionary period to the 1990s, with over 1300 exhibits, including dolls, soft toys, and many other items from that era. The museum's exhibition aims to recreate a complete picture of the emergence and development of the unique phenomenon known as the Soviet toy. Guided tours, as well as screenings of slide films and cartoons, are held here.

An antique shop operates within the museum, where you can find many interesting vintage and antique items: silver jewelry, vintage costume jewelry, porcelain, crystal, badges, paintings, furniture, and much more.
