The Museum of New Year and Christmas Toys, opened in 1998 in Veliky Ustyug, the homeland of Father Frost, invites visitors into a world of kind fairy tales. The museum features an impressive collection of over 1,500 Christmas ornaments from the 20th and early 21st centuries, as well as information about the traditions of celebrating New Year and Christmas in different countries.

On the first floor, in the basement, there is a space dedicated to the school of Ancient Russia. Here, interactive classes called "Old Russian School" take place, where visitors can feel like students, sit at a school desk, complete the teacher's assignments, and receive praise or punishment. This activity will be interesting for all curious and brave individuals.

There are also classes for children called "Box of Wonders," which are dedicated to Russian folk toys.
