The museum named after M. Murtazin, a municipal budget institution in the Uchaly district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, is located in the village of Kuchukovo. This memorial museum is dedicated to the life and activities of Musa Lutovich Murtazin, an outstanding hero of the Bashkir people, a military leader of the Civil War, a brigade commander, a holder of two Orders of the Red Banner, the first military commissar of Bashkortostan, and the chairman of BashTsIK, as well as a staff member of the Red Army General Staff.

The main and permanent exhibition of the museum includes materials that chronologically highlight the key stages of Murtazin's life and activities. The museum actively studies the history of the native land, collecting numismatic and ethnographic items, as well as weapons, which are also presented in the exhibition. A corner showcasing the culture and everyday life of the Bashkir people is arranged in the museum. Together with teachers, courage lessons and class hours are held here, and students use the materials for writing their theses. The museum often hosts meetings of veterans with schoolchildren and shows documentary films about Murtazin.
