The Museum and Exhibition Center "Fashion Museum" is the first museum in Russia dedicated to the study, research, and popularization of the history of fashion as an important element of material culture.

The museum's collection includes dresses, costumes, headwear, accessories, and footwear from the late 19th century to the 21st century. It houses over two thousand exhibits from Russia, Western Europe, and the USA, including both designer and anonymous items, as well as mass-produced and unique pieces. The collection features costumes and dresses from well-known brands such as Worth, Redfern, Versace, Armani, Alexander McQueen, and others. The museum also actively collects Soviet dresses and accessories from the 1920s and 1980s.

The museum hosts exhibitions, cultural and educational events, lectures, tours, workshops, competitions, concerts, fashion shows, and performances.
