On August 21, as part of the IV All-Russian Spasskaya Fair, a new Decorative Arts Museum opened.

The museum features an extensive collection of decorative arts from the funds of the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve. The exhibition showcases the diversity of folk art. Visitors can see exhibits from the second half of the 19th century and the early 20th century, as well as works by contemporary artisans from various regions of Russia. Among the displayed items are Gzhel ceramics, Dymkovo toys from Kirov, Khokhloma painting from Nizhny Novgorod, various matryoshkas, amulets, as well as products made from clay, wood, metal, and other materials.

The museum hosts artisans of decorative arts representing traditional crafts of Yelabuga and the Yelabuga district. In front of visitors, they create items from willow, threads, clay, bast, wood, and birch bark. Everyone is welcome to participate in a workshop and make a souvenir with their own hands. Ready-made souvenir products can also be purchased from the artisans.
