On September 25, 1993, a museum dedicated to Marina Tsvetaeva was opened in the village, in the building of the Usen-Ivanovsk forestry, as a literary and artistic museum. Initially, it was a branch of the National Museum, and since 2002 it has been a branch of the National Literary Museum. A memorial plaque is installed at the house where Marina Tsvetaeva lived.

The museum's collection includes over a thousand exhibits, including books, a portrait of Marina Tsvetaeva created by artist A. V. Sharabarov, photographic materials about her life and work, as well as paintings by artists from the Republic of Bashkortostan, historical and local lore items, and ethnographic exhibits. Some materials were donated to the museum by the director of the Central House-Museum of Marina Tsvetaeva in Moscow, E. S. Krasovskaya.

The museum complex includes Pushkin's settlement, a pine forest planted in 1899 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of A. S. Pushkin's birth, and the Tsvetaeva Alley of young pines planted in 1992. There is also the Maiden's Spring, a water source where, according to local residents, Marina Tsvetaeva loved to visit and read her poems.

Additionally, the complex includes the Pushkin Alley, created for the 200th anniversary of A. S. Pushkin, the estate pond on the territory of the former copper smelting plant of I. Osokin, a 19th-century Old Believer church, and a memorial sign at the house where Marina Tsvetaeva lived.

The museum hosts exhibitions and annual Tsvetaeva readings as part of the Republican Tsvetaeva Festival. There is also a street in Usen-Ivanovsk named after Marina Tsvetaeva.

In 1992, the first monument to Tsvetaeva in Russia was installed near the museum building, created by sculptor Yu. F. Soldatov, in honor of the 100th anniversary of her birth.
