Natalia Alehina from Oryol spent over 20 years collecting her collection, and in 2016 she opened the first museum in Russia dedicated to collectible factory-made dolls. The building itself resembles a toy house.
In the museum, you can see many compositions dedicated to famous personalities, singers, politicians, and movie characters. There are exhibits that recreate scenes from films and stories, as well as replicate paintings by famous artists.
Many outfits and even some dolls were created by Natalia herself. The clothing, arrangement, and background are carefully thought out, and next to each exhibit is a card explaining who exactly the doll represents.
