Next to the Mirnovsky rural council, in a small green square, stands a building unusual for rural architecture, reminiscent of a diorama or panorama in Sevastopol. Here is the museum of the history of the village of Mirnoe in the Simferopol district.

The museum was founded on June 17, 1972, in the building of the former club of the "Krasny" state farm, and in 1985 it moved to a renovated space of the former state farm office.

On August 5, 1988, by a joint decision of the administration and the trade union committee of the Dzerzhinsky state farm and the Mirnovsky rural council, a new museum opened at 3 Belova Street, covering an area of 173 square meters.

The first director of the museum was Stepan Ivanovich Shishov, secretary of the party committee of the "Krasny" state farm and a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.

In 1991, the museum was awarded the title of "people's museum" and received the corresponding diploma.

Currently, the museum features over 1,600 exhibits in five exhibition halls: Crimea during the Great October Revolution of 1917, the development of the "Krasny" state farm, a room of military glory from the Great Patriotic War, the restoration and development of the state farm in the post-war period, as well as a diorama of the village.

The museum has a council of six members and the Simferopol district branch of former victims of fascist Nazism.

The museum is managed by Marina Petrovna Kobus.

The museum is frequently visited by school groups from the Mirnovsky rural council and other schools in Crimea.

In 2015, the museum celebrated its 43rd anniversary.
