The Geology, Oil and Gas Museum is one of the youngest and the only state museum dedicated to oil in Russia. Here, you can see unique collections that include various items related to the history of geological research and the development of the oil and gas industry in Western Siberia. Visitors can familiarize themselves with rare geological samples and deepen their knowledge of oil exploration in the region.

The museum's collection contains about 37,000 items. Among them are minerals, rocks, samples of oil and petroleum products, as well as numerous written, visual, and technical artifacts. These exhibits tell the stories of the people who discovered the West Siberian oil and gas province and created a new network of settlements and production infrastructure of the West Siberian oil and gas complex. All of this can be seen at our exhibitions.

We uncover the past and create a space for creativity and bold experiments. The museum goes beyond traditional exhibitions: additional modern activities are organized around the collections. In addition to exciting tours, including overview, author, and thematic tours, various events are held at the museum.
