The "Art House" Museum-Gallery occupies an ancient building constructed in 1850 and has been open to visitors since the autumn of 2019. The museum's collection features around one hundred works by renowned artists from Tatarstan and graduates of the Kazan Art School named after N. I. Feshin.
The first floor houses an exhibition hall that serves as a versatile venue for art sales exhibitions, as well as for meetings and themed events. The museum area is located on the second floor, where visitors can see exhibits from the "Art House" collection. A permanent exhibition of dolls is displayed in the mezzanine.
