The history of Livchak's house and its architectural solution, which combines the functions of a living space and an architectural studio, became the basis for the exhibitions of the museum 'House-Studio of Architect F.O. Livchak'.

On the first floor, in the authentic setting of the studio, the exhibition 'F.O. Livchak's Studio' reveals the creative process of the architect. In the 'large living room', there is an exhibition 'Belle Époque, Silhouettes of the Modern Era', where one can see items of decorative and applied art, furniture, and costumes from the collection of the Museum-Reserve 'Homeland of V.I. Lenin'.

In the grand interiors of the 'small living room' and 'dining room', the exhibition 'Two Centuries of Petipa' from the State Central Theater Museum named after A.A. Bakhrushin is open, dedicated to the Year of Theater in Russia.

The theatrical theme organically fits into the history of the house. F.O. Livchak and his wife were passionate about theater, hosting receptions and home performances, and for a long time, the Ulyanovsk branch of the Union of Theater Workers of Russia was located here. The opening of the representation of the State Central Theater Museum named after A.A. Bakhrushin on the museum's territory continues the theatrical tradition of the house, allowing audiences to get acquainted with exhibitions and programs, as well as participate in joint creative projects.

On the second floor of the house, there are interactive exhibitions 'Theatrical Life of Simbirsk-Ulyanovsk', created with the participation of the State Central Theater Museum named after A.A. Bakhrushin, and 'Cinematography in Simbirsk'. Here, visitors can learn about the history of the Simbirsk theater, peek behind the scenes, try their hand at being a prompter, visit the dressing room, and try on a theatrical image using a virtual fitting room. They can also feel like an audience member of the silent film era, learn about the history of the first cinemas, and the work of local figures who glorified the era of the 'Great Silent'.
